At Gitanjali Co., we stand by a “no problems” return policy. We want you to love your purchase, but if you aren’t completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window
– Items must be returned within 14 days of the original dispatch date.
– All items must be returned un-used, un-worn, and in their original packaging.
– A receipt or packing note must be included with your return.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
– If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please follow these steps:
– Report it immediately upon receipt by contacting us.
– Please provide one or two photos of the issue to assist with our assessment.
– Our Responsibility: If we determine the goods are faulty, we will arrange and pay for the return freight. You will receive a full refund, including original shipping charges.
Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges
– If you simply do not like the product and wish to return or exchange it:
– Refund Amount: We will refund the full purchase amount, minus the original freight cost.
– Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the return freight cost to our Walkerville store.
– Exchanges: For exchanges, the customer is responsible for both the return freight and the re-freighting costs for the new item.
Note: We do not accept goods returned via COD (Cash on Delivery). If we are unable to supply your order within the standard timeframe, we will contact you immediately via phone or email.
