Shopping
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal as payment for online purchases.
All purchases are secure.
Gift Vouchers purchased online may also be used to purchase goods through our website. (Unfortunately Gift Vouchers purchased in store are not able to be used for online purchases at this time.)


Shipping
Goods will be sent through Australia Post wherever practical.
Goods will normally be dispatched within 2 business days from date of order… (Although we usually try to get things out the same day!)
If for any reason we are unable to supply your order in this time we will contact you by phone or email.

International Customers Please contact us for a freight quote before ordering.


Furniture Shipping
Please contact us on (08) 7230 5089 before purchasing furniture items so we can discuss shipping. If you are in Adelaide you can purchase online and collect from our Walkerville store.


Gift Vouchers
You can purchase a Gift Voucher on line and it will be instantly delivered to your email address ready to print and present… Or alternatively, enter the email address of the recipient and it will be delivered to them on your behalf.
Unfortunately Gift Vouchers purchased in store are not able to be used for online purchases at this time, but we are happy to accept online vouchers for instore purchases at Gitanjali’s Walkerville store.


Returns
Gitanjali Co has a ‘no problems’ return policy. If you do not like the product we are happy to exchange it or refund your account with the full amount minus the original freight cost as long as you return it within 14 days of dispatch. (In these situations please remember you are responsible for the return freight cost to us as well as any re-freighting with an exchange).


Faulty Goods
Any goods received which you find faulty, damaged or not as ordered must be reported to us immediately upon receipt (including a photo or two if possible.)
We will determine if the goods are faulty and if so arrange the return freight.    A full refund will be given in this instance including any original freight charges.

We will not accept goods returned COD.

All items must be returned un-used, un-worn and in original packaging with your receipt or packing note enclosed.
